A complete fit-out means the built-in joinery of a home is handled as one commission rather than a dozen separate trades. We draw and build wardrobes, walk-in dressing rooms, kitchens, bathroom vanities, media and TV walls, wall panelling, coffered and slatted ceilings, libraries, home offices and staircases, so every room speaks the same material language.
Because a single atelier holds the whole scope, reveals line up, grain runs continue from one cabinet to the next, and the profile on a skirting board matches the profile on a door. Nothing is bought in as an afterthought · each element is made to the measured space it will occupy.
We build in solid walnut and oak, wood veneer laid over stable substrates, hand-sprayed lacquer, real marble and stone, brass, glass, fine leather and fabric. Nothing is faked · the marble is stone, the brass is brass, and the wood is chosen for grain before it is cut.
Construction is where a fit-out is won or lost. Carcasses are engineered for the Emirates climate, drawers run on soft-close runners, doors sit on concealed hinges, and every visible edge is hand-finished. More than eight years working across UAE villas and hospitality projects sets the standard we hold on every joint.
Every project begins with a conversation, on WhatsApp or on site, about how you live in the space and the look you want. We then measure the rooms precisely and return technical drawings and material samples, so you approve the layout, finishes and hardware before anything is cut.
The work is built in our own workshop, not on the villa floor, which keeps dust and noise off site and quality under control. We deliver and install across the UAE, protect the surrounding finishes, and come back to fine-tune doors and drawers after handover. Aftercare continues once you are living with the pieces.

It depends on the size of the property and the scope, but a full villa fit-out is typically measured in weeks, not days. After the site survey we give you a clear production and installation schedule, and we sequence the rooms so you can plan your move. Larger projects are phased to protect quality.
Yes. Everything is made to order, so you select the timber, veneer, lacquer colour, stone, handles and internal fittings. We bring physical samples to the consultation and match to your architect's or designer's specification where you have one. Nothing is off the shelf.
Both. We produce the technical drawings, build everything in our own workshop, then deliver and install with our own fitters. You deal with one atelier from first measure to final adjustment, rather than coordinating separate designers, makers and installers.
We work across the Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider UAE. Delivery and installation are included, and the workshop build means the on-site time in your home stays short and clean, wherever the property is.
