Feature millwork and panelling in a hospitality interior

Feature walls, banquettes and bars,
fitted for hospitality across the UAE

From the bar back to the last banquette, Al Tasamoh builds complete hospitality interiors for restaurants, hotels and lounges across the UAE, joinery, feature walls and millwork made to hospitality-grade standard and installed on site.

In short

Hospitality fit-out at Al Tasamoh is the complete carpentry and joinery package for restaurants, hotels and lounges: feature walls, banquette seating, bar counters, reception desks and full millwork. Everything is made to measure in solid wood, veneer, real stone, brass and leather, built to hospitality-grade standard and installed UAE-wide.

What a hospitality fit-out covers

A dining room or lobby reads as one piece, so we build it as one. Al Tasamoh takes on the fixed joinery that gives a hospitality space its character: the feature wall behind the bar, the run of banquettes down a wall, the counter guests lean on all night. Each element is drawn for your floor plan, your covers and the way your team moves through service.

The scope runs from a single statement bar to a full restaurant or hotel interior. We fabricate seating, cabinetry and panelling in the workshop, then finish and fit on site so the joins line up and the surfaces sit flush. Front of house and back of house are treated with the same care, because both carry the load once the doors open.

  • Feature walls, timber slat screens and panelled surfaces
  • Banquette and booth seating, upholstered and fixed to the floor
  • Bar counters, back bars, bottle display and under-counter joinery
  • Reception desks, host stands and concierge counters
  • Restaurant tables, servery stations and fixed millwork
  • Wall panelling, ceiling details and integrated lighting recesses

Materials and finishes made for daily service

Hospitality punishes furniture: wet glasses, service trolleys, thousands of covers a season, so we specify materials that take it. Carcasses are built in solid walnut and oak or on stable substrates with real wood veneer, edges are lipped in solid timber, and moving parts run on soft-close hardware that stays quiet after years of use. Nothing is skinned to look expensive, the structure is honest under the finish.

Surfaces are chosen for wear as much as for looks. Real marble and stone for bar tops and tabletops, hand-applied lacquer in matt or gloss, brass detailing that patinas rather than peels, glass, and fine leather or contract-grade fabric on every seat. Finishes are built up and hand-rubbed in the workshop, then protected for the traffic a public room sees.

  • Solid walnut and oak, with real wood veneer on larger panels
  • Real marble and natural stone for bar tops and tabletops
  • Hand-applied lacquer, matt or gloss, in your colour
  • Solid brass detailing, trims and inlays
  • Fine leather and contract-grade upholstery fabric
  • Soft-close joinery and concealed, serviceable hardware

How a project runs, brief to installation

It starts with a conversation over WhatsApp and, where it helps, a site visit. We take the brief, the concept and any architect or designer drawings, then measure the space ourselves so the fit is exact. From there we produce shop drawings and material samples for you to sign off, nothing goes into production before the details are agreed.

Approved pieces are built in our Dubai workshop, where hospitality-grade construction and hand finishing happen under one roof. We coordinate delivery around your programme, install on site with our own team, and handle snagging so the space is service-ready. After handover we stay reachable for adjustments and aftercare, because a fit-out should last as long as the venue.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a hospitality fit-out take?

Lead time depends on scope. A single bar or a set of banquettes moves faster than a full restaurant or hotel interior. After we measure and you approve the shop drawings, we give you a production and installation schedule built around your opening date, and we plan the work in stages so the programme stays on track.

Can everything be made to measure and matched to our concept?

Yes. Every piece is made to measure for your floor plan, brand and finishes. We work to your architect or designer drawings, or develop the details with you, and match timber, stone, lacquer colour, brass tone and upholstery to the concept. Nothing is off the shelf.

Does the service include design and installation, or only fabrication?

It includes both. We take a concept or a designer's drawings, produce the shop drawings and samples, fabricate in our workshop, then deliver and install with our own team across the UAE. We are not an architecture studio, but we handle the joinery design detail and the full build.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Dubai and work UAE-wide, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates. Delivery and installation are handled by our own team wherever the venue is. There is no showroom, consultation is by appointment and starts over WhatsApp.

How do we start and get a quote?

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 666 8994 with your concept, drawings or a few photos of the space. We discuss scope, arrange a site visit or measure where needed, and prepare a detailed quotation against the agreed drawings and materials.

What about warranty and aftercare?

Our work is built to last in a commercial setting and backed after handover. We complete snagging on site, stay reachable for adjustments, and support you with maintenance and repairs as the venue runs. Solid construction and serviceable hardware mean pieces can be looked after rather than replaced.
